By accessing or using Timeline Studio ("the Service"), available at app.timelinestudio.io and timelinestudio.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Timeline Studio is a browser-based project timeline and Gantt chart tool. The Service is provided as a software application that runs in your web browser. Your project data is stored locally in your browser and/or in files you save to your own device.
The free tier of Timeline Studio does not require an account or license key. Paid tiers are activated via license keys purchased through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. License keys are for individual use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Each license key is valid for the tier and duration specified at purchase.
During the beta period, certain premium features may be made available at no cost. Beta access may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time. Beta features are provided "as is" without warranty.

Timeline Studio and all associated code, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Timeline Studio. Your project data belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store your project data on our servers.
Timeline Studio is designed with privacy in mind. Project data is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect personal data except when you voluntarily provide your email address for beta signup or account creation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. All prices are in USD and billed annually unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeline Studio and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
