• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What Is Not Refunded

• Non-refundable payment processing fees (charged by the payment processor, not by Timeline Studio).
• Requests made after the 30-day refund window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via LinkedIn with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and your access will revert to the free tier. Your project data will not be affected — it remains stored locally in your browser and any files you have saved.

Free Tier and Beta

The free tier of Timeline Studio is always free and does not require a purchase. During the beta period, premium features may be available at no cost and no refund applies since no payment is collected.
